Ms. Kajal Choudhary

Ms. Kajal leads the admissions department, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective families. She guides parents and students through the admissions process with clarity, care, and professionalism. By maintaining strong communication standards and a student-centric approach, she helps families transition smoothly into the Sunbeam World School community for a better online learning experience.

School Officials and Personnel

Principal/Academic Coordinator

The Principal assists the School President in the realization of the vision and mission of the school and the attainment of the objectives of Formative Academic and Skills Development School. He/She is responsible for the implementation of school policies and execution of school rules and regulations. As an academic leader with delegated authority, the Principal promotes unity and strives to achieve fruitful coordination among various school officials, faculty members, and non-academic personnel.

Prefect of Discipline

The Prefect of Discipline is appointed by School President upon the recommendation of the Principal who is an administrative officer with delegated authority. She reports to the Principal and supervises Homeroom Advisers and Subject Teachers in the implementation of the school rules and policies.

Treasurer

The Treasurer has the general responsibility to safeguard the financial resources of the school and ensure their proper disbursement and investment.

Cashier

The Cashier assists the Treasurer and handles the ordinary and routine financial transactions of the school.

Administrative Council

The Administrative Council performs the tasks and responsibilities of managing and administering the school toward the realization of its objectives and goals. The Council includes the School President (who chairs it), Treasurer, Principal, and Assistant Principal.

Activity Coordinator

The Activity Coordinator plans, sets up, and oversees the co-curricular activities of the school.

Subject Area Coordinator

The Subject Area Coordinator initially checks the curriculum maps, lesson plans, assessments, and other outputs of subject teachers before they are reviewed by the Principal.

Subject Teacher

The Subject Teacher is a direct agent of learning in the classroom; they work continuously for academic excellence, implement established classroom policies, and maintain regular communication with the Principal for academic concerns and with the Assistant Principal and Homeroom Adviser regarding student deportment.

Guidance Counselor

The Guidance Counselor plans and administers psychological testing and counseling programs, structures tests as needed by the school, and conducts related studies and research.
