IAO'S FULL ACCREDITATION AWARDED TO SUNBEAM WORLD SCHOOL LIVE

Sunbeam World School Live has successfully met all of the IAO’s accreditation requirements and as a result has been awarded Full Accreditation by IAO. The institute has been awarded Full Accreditation after evaluating it on IAO standards of the global best practices in Organizational Management, Academic Management and Institutional Performance. IAO’s full accreditation is a proof that Sunbeam World School Live offers education to its students that is on par with global education standards and that the institute is fully committed towards continous improvement of its educational standards.

What is NIOS (Affiliation no. 210159)

NIOS is “Open School” to cater to the needs of a heterogeneous group of learners up to pre-degree level. It was started as a project with in-built flexibilities by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in 1979. In 1986, the National Policy on Education suggested strengthening of Open School System for extending open learning facilities in a phased manner at secondary level all over the country as an independent system with its own curriculum and examination leading to certification.

What does NIOS do?

The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) provides opportunities to interested learners by making available the following Courses/Programmes of Study through open and distance learning (ODL) mode.

Open Basic Education (OBE) Programme for 14+ years age group, adolescents and adults at A, B and C levels that are equivalent to classes III, V and VIII of the formal school system.

Senior Secondary Education Course
Vocational Education Courses/Programmes

NIOS operates through a network of five Departments, 23 Regional Centres, two Sub Regional Centres, two NIOS Cells, and more than 7400 Study Centres (AIs/AVIs) spread all over the country and abroad.

What is BOSSE

The Board of Open Schooling and Skill Education (BOSSE), Sikkim, is an open schooling board that aims to cater to the varied academic needs of the divergent group of students up to pre-degree level including Secondary/Senior Secondary, skill and vocational education. BOSSE is open schooling education board in Sikkim, was established under Act No. 14 of 2020 of the Sikkim Legislative Assembly

BOSSE has also been recognized by NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling), Ministry of Education, Govt. of India as an open schooling Board. Thus the certificates of BOSSE are recognized at par with other Boards – both national as well as State level Boards of School Education.
